Music: A lot here too.. Let's start with genres: Punk, Rock, Alternative, Soft rock, Metal, Classical, Country, Jazz, Oldies, I'm not sure what I don't like.. I'm not really into the girly, pop, "lets all scream at the latest band" thing. Then we get into favorite bands.. Simple Plan, MXPX, Good Charlotte, Anti-Flag, Metallica, Pantera, Goo Goo Dolls, Blink 182, Third Eye Blind, Greenday, Authority Zero, Bad Religion, Ani DeFranco, Evenessence, Michelle Branch, Everclear, Monkees, Beatles, Creedence Clearwater Revival, Jimmy Buffett, Ozzie Osbourne, Garth Brooks, Weezer, Toby Keith, Kenny Chesney, Blake Shelton, Brad Paisley, Chopin, Bach, Mozart, Ray Charles, Matchbox 20, Ghost of the Robot, Four Star Mary, Macy Gray, Pink, and so on and so on..
Books: I'm not one for the pointless reading. If I'm not learning something, the words tend to blend together and hurt my brain. I read a lot of "For Dummies" books, text books (mainly biology, chemistry, sometimes math, History), I enjoy a lot of the Buffy books, Clifford, other than that it's mainly informative, instructional, or how-to books.
Games:Seen It!, Trivia games, black jack, spider solitare, free cell, bejeweled, tetris, racing games, Mortal Kombat, Dominoes, poker (5 card stud and Texas Hold'em), speed, war, gin, Clue, Yatzee, I used to play a lot of backgabbon and I recently started playing chess, as far as physical games.. dodgeball and kick ball remain my favorites, soccer, hockey, baseball, tennis, volleyball, basketball (not to make a sport out of any of them, just to play when and if I can find friends to play with).
Material object:My teddybear Snuggie, my computer, duct tape and Sharpie markers

::What Are Your Views On::

War In Iraq: Bush is just trying to do what he thinks his father should have. He has no concern for the people that he is sending to die in a foreign country and he just wants to be in control of someone else's oil.
Sex:((Yes, just sex in general)) It's not for me. I do believe that people should be mature enough to make good choices before they make any at all. Before marridge, after marridge and with whom are all up to the person it directally effects. Do what you want but be smart about it. It's not going to make you more popular either way so just do what you will and keep it to yourself unless asked directally.
Gay Marriages: Yes. It should be legal for anyone to marry whomever they want. I don't understand why one couple can gain legal recognition as a couple and another cannot. You can't control who you love and neither can anyone else. People should be allowed their own freedom to marry the person they're with.
Self Mutilation: A desperate attempt to feel alive. If you want to destroy your own health, go right ahead, but at least take time to realize that it will affect all around you as well as yourself. Take a moment and ride a rollercoaster if you want the adrenaline. Sometimes it's just not worth the bloodstains. (Just my opinion, I have no first hand experience with this).
Boredem: Boredom is a big part of my life. There are levels of boredom, it begins with the slight feeling that there is nothing to do and urge to get out of the house and it slowly progresses into a mindless depression that makes me realize I have way too much time and not enough friends, family, hobbies, I don't know what. Occasionally I create my own boredom. Heaven knows I have enough stuff to do around here, I just don't feel like doing any of it. I need something new, something fun... something that costs money.. which I have none of.

::Boredem!::

How often do you find yourself bored: Nearly a daily basis. Sometimes it lasts for a week at a time without relief.
How do you usually solve your boredem:I usually don't. I'm either forced to leave the house to go to school, or someone finally decides to join my boredom and that results in out of the house fun. Occasionally we go out and steal street signs (we have a vast collection) or balloons (off of apartment buildings, car lot, promotions at stores), or we feed ducks, climb things, we have very childish ways of escaping boredom.
Any advice for others on how to become bored less often: Pick up a new hobby, artwork is a good thing be it good or bad, downloading music or video files, create a new website, start a weird collection (street signs, balloons, anything you can find in public that doesn't really belong to anyone in particular). Practical jokes, childish games, there are ways. Although, I have yet to get myself out of my latest stint of boredom (going on 3 days in the house!).
Why do you think boredem plagues so many people: One of the great mysteries of life. Someone can have everything in the world at their fingertips and yet still find themselves bored. So far I have found that some of the contributing factors are lack of friends, lack of coordinating schedules with current friends, lack of money and lack of transportation. Small towns and insomnia also add to this. (I lived in Flagstaff for a few months.. needless to say I couldn't take the excessive boredom).
Hobbies... Got any of those: Animal Rescue, Art (Oil painting, drawing, crafting, building stuff), Downloading music and tv shows, Piano, Guitar, attempt violin, harmonica, learning foreign languages (currently Spanish, French, German, Italian, some Dutch, and Klingon), painting walls and doors, drawing on myself and walls and stuff (yay for Sharpie!), creating websites then dumping them and creating another

::Suck Up!::

And now here is a few minutes so that you may suck up so that you have a better chance of acceptence: Damn, my sister is so much better at sucking up.. although, she has more friends (maybe that's why?)... well here goes: Your community is a kick-ass idea. I should have thought of it, but i'm too bored too often. I offer you pretty drawings and lots of cookies!

Why is the sky blue:Blue has a shorter wavelength than other colors we can see. Because of all of the molocules of oxygen and nirtogen in our atmosphere, the blue wavelengths get scattered around. Due to blue wavelengths being so much shorter, they get scattered around 10 times more than the other visible colors. Therefore, shorter wavelengths cause more prominant light color and when mixed with our atmosphere cause the sky to be blue.
Fine, then why is the ocean blue:The ocean is blue because clear water reflects the sky's color and since the sky is blue, the ocean is blue as well. Although, depending on where you are in the ocean (such as off the coast of California), the water can be more of a green color. This is because high concentrations of plankton make the ocean appear more of a greenish color (again, due to wavelengths mixing with the components of the substance).
If Hannah has 10 goats and Billy has 1 how soon will they get married: They being Hannah and Billy, or they being the goats? And that all depends on how old they are and how long they've known eachother. I'll also need to know the probability of them being spontaneous regarding things that will immediately affect their future. Although either way, I do believe that if kept together, and Hannah has at least one intact goat of the opposite gender as Billy's (his goat also being intact) they will have "kids" in as little as 5 months.
Socks:poot
Pen: Sharpie (Multi-color pack plus at least one silver)
How often do you bathe: Often enough, every other day or so. I don't really do anything that provokes a need to bathe. You see, that would require me to leave the house.
Whats your definition of love: One bond between two people that is so intense it results in a "heart sinking feeling" if one were to leave. This could be between friends, family, significant others, pets, or obsession with certain objects be they inanitmate or a group or production (such as a tv show that you absolutely love but it goes of the air and you feel as if someone has died). Then there is "True Love" which is that definition multiplied by 100. One where you get that same heart sinking feeling whenever you see that person or thing and again when they leave, even if only a temporary basis.
Whats your opinion on Sharpies?: EEEEEEE!!!!!!!! SHARPIES!!!!!!!!! - I have a vast collection. I buy the multi-color sets and fill in the rest by buying the seperate colors from the art supply store.

::Ending::

Did you have fun: I classify "fun" into different extents. Absolute fun is when something you do makes you just giddy and smiley (I don't smile often). Yes, this was entertaining. It did in fact give me something to do for 2 1/2 hours (I'm kinda lame like that). Yes, overall I would say it was fun in that it was not unfun.
Are you excited for the voting to begin: Absolutely! Reading others responses are the true fun in things like this!
Tell us where you are promoting our community ((I will be checking!)) I will be promoting in my journal (read by some, but not a lot), and also the groups nau_students and azrockybbng (which is my local RHPS group).
